Professional Engineers and Surveyors that have a great deal of

Marcus E. Hooker, Sr.
PE, PLS
Established the firm in 1985. His responsibilities range from supervision of individual engineering projects to management of all technical personnel. Over the past forty-seven years, Mr. Hooker has developed a broad technical background in both planning and engineering, with emphasis in highways, water and wastewater facilities, water resources, surveying, and materials testing. He has directed numerous large, complex projects in all these fields.
Marcus E. Hooker, Jr.
PE, PLS
Has extensive experience in State Aid road and bridge design and inspection, surveying, subdivision design, soil and concrete testing, highway and construction layout, CDBG Project development, MDOT and LPA Projects and Wetland Restoration Projects (WRP). He is involved in quality control and assurance on our road and bridge projects. He is proficient in the latest Autodesk AEC Collection design software.
Daniel R. Hooker
PE, PS
Has experience in State Aid road and bridge design, surveying, soil and concrete testing, and bridge inspections. He is proficient in latest Autodesk AEC Collection design software. He has project experience in subdivision design, permitting, commercial site grading and drainage design. He is responsible for all bridge inspections in Washington, Sharkey and Issaquena Counties.
